Organization
     Nu Beta organizes members into groups of 8-10 members known as a team and led by a captain. Each troop elects a captain into a term of one semester. This is done so that the fraternity's executive leadership can more easily educate its members on leadership skills they can use both during their time in university and after they graduate. Each team gets to chose a unique team name and symbol to represent them.
